Variety is the spice of life!
By giving girls the opportunity to dip into lots of different activities and clubs we allow them to find where their strengths lie. Not only do most of our pupils join in some of the extra-curricular pursuits on offer, but they do so with enthusiasm and commitment. Learning how to organise their time so that there is still time for their homework is a valuable life-skill which is learnt along the way!
Thanks to talented members of staff who are willing to share their expertise and interests, Redland High has multifarious weekly activities that take place at lunchtime or after school. The programme of activities changes depending upon resource availability and the time of year but includes activities to keep fit, compete in competitions, enhance education, develop life skills and all whilst having fun!
As well as the weekly extra-curricular activities, every girl is given the opportunity to take part in Young Enterprise and the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme.
Regular opportunities to experience different cultures worldwide are also available with organisers such as World Challenge (recently in Costa Rica) and through trips organised by Redland High staff such as Peru.
